1st XI update - 4th August 2004 Four games to go, 80 points to play and the Francis Clark Devon League campaign is very much at �the business end� of proceedings. Chris Acton�s side have wobbled of late, a losing draw at Alphington, defeat to Shobrooke (that was a double for our Mid Devon rivals) and the latest result, a winning draw at Babbacombe see the side lie fourth in the �current form� table but still proudly top of the pile in the 'B' Division - but only just! [more] 2nd XI update - 3rd August 2004 With the success of the 1st XI in the 'B' Division it would be easy enough to miss the fact that in the Club�s Second Eleven some very similar exciting times are being created by Craig Hawkins� side. An excellent mix of youth and experience has fired the seconds into a table topping spot that will now see their season go, like the 1st XI's, right to the wire.
