Spare a thought for poor Edward Andress, our respected head
barman, (in fact Eddie is a bit of an 'all sorts' at the cricket
club and is probably now etched into the historical fabric of
the club), he has suffered a number of bites from spiders who
have taken to residing in and around the club pavilion. It�s
thought that with the credit crunch biting hard it is sending
the spiders into beer cellars such as we have at Kensham Park,
and the little blighters can offer a nasty nip at times � and
doesn�t Eddie know it! Whilst on the subject of club
personalities, thoughts please from everybody for our very dear
friend Dick Fogden who is currently back at home waiting for
another spell of time as a guest of the NHS battling his
illness. Dick, we are all thinking of you and wish you well. |
