The Bradninch 2nd XI have TWO players featuring in the latest set of averages to be released by the Francis Clark Devon League with the news that Mark Perrott has claimed more wickets in the 2nd XI competition A Division season than all but one other bowler – that being Adams of Cornwood.

'Budgie' as he is more affectionately known had claimed 24 wickets from his 129 overs to date this term, at an average of 14.21 runs per wicket taken.

In terms of a bowling average Budgie sits 3rd in the top EIGHT listings, one place ahead of 2nd XI skipper Phil Chappell who has claimed 16 wickets and has an average of 15.75.

There are no batters in the top ten which starts at 442 and runs down to 10th at 221 runs.
