The cricket club was the scene of the FIRST EVER
Bradninch Summer Darts League presentations when
the handing out of the season’s awards followed
the playing of the team 1001 trophy.
The cricket club entered two sides in the
competition with the B team having the dubious
honour of picking up the wooden spoon for
finishing bottom of the six team competition.
Despite that team member Alan Dowrick had an
excellent season and featured in the final top
ten of the most tons in the campaign.
Our picture shows the teams and prizes that were
handed out at the end of season awards.
