Match day three which sees Bradninch stage a Mid Devon derby
against Sandford looks set to be played with the back drop of
wet conditions.
Heavy rain has been forecast for the end of the week across
Devon and the low pressure is forecasted to stick around through
the weekend and into the following week so expect some games to
be off and others to be played with the normal wet weather
lottery of the toss becoming all powerful.
Still if we can get some action on at Kensham Park WHAT A
GAME TO BEHOLD with the visit of a Sandford side who have
already beaten us once this early season, that in a North Devon
league 1st Division meeting at Creedy Park last month which the
home side won.
The game, although just number three of eighteen match days,
does see the fledgling tables bottom two meet.
Meanwhile the club’s 2nd XI face the ominous task of
travelling to play a Paignton II side who have banked 39 out of
a possible 40 points in winning their first two games.
