1st XI begin at home to Braunton whilst 2nd’s
travel to Hatherleigh – a look at the 2010
Francis Clark Devon League Fixtures.
The 1st XI begin their campaign at home with a
Kensham Park visit by BRAUNTON with the first
trip away from the town being the following
Saturday and a journey down the A38 Expressway
to face PLYMPTON and it’s another trip seven
days later with a run to South Devon and a game
at PAIGNTON.
The first month of the campaign continues with a
May 22nd visit from back-to-back Champions
SIDMOUTH TOWN which is followed by a short trip
to Ottermouth by the East Devon sea-side to take
on BUDLEIGH SALTERTON and that fixture completes
the first month of the action.
The final month sees the side play an August 7
game at the County Ground EXETER, before
back-to-back home games, taking on first, BOVEY
TRACEY and then a week later, PLYMPTON before
the curtain comes down on the season up at
Instow against NORTH DEVON.
The 2nd XI begin their bid to climb up into the
top-flight of the Francis Clark Devon League
with a trip to HATHERLEIGH and they follow that
with successive home matches, first entertaining
SOUTH DEVON and then tackling BARTON.
The side then heads down the A38 Expressway to
face PLYMOUTH III before completing the first
month with a meeting with a BUDLEIGH side who
were relegated at the end of the last season.
The final month of the campaign starts for the
2nd XI with a home game against TAVISTOCK and
that is followed by trips to SIDMOUTH III and
ABBOTSKERSWELL before they bring the curtain
down on the 2010 season with a home game against
PLYMSTOCK.
