The defib situated at the Football Club, now has paediatric pads (for use with under 8 years) as well as adult ones.
In the event that they need to be used they are in the back of the case.
The defib would need to be opened, the adult pads unplugged and replaced with the paediatric ones.
Please pass this on to all of your first aiders that might be involved in an incident.
The defib is now marked up with my contact details so in the event that it is used and taken by the ambulance crew for data download at the hospital, that it can retrieved and the pads replaced (I carry spares) so that it can be returned to the cabinet as soon as possible.
Let me know if you have any questions.
