Club set to welcome first touring side of the season to Kensham Park

Sunday May 24th sees the club welcome its first touring eleven of the season with the visit of Ashford.

The Middlesex-based club are making their 69th tour of the county.

Ashford Cricket Club is based at Ashford Sports Club in Short Lane in Stanwell only a stone’s throw from Heathrow Airport Terminal 4.

The club runs four mens’ teams on Saturdays and two on Sundays playing a combination of league and friendly cricket. In addition, the Ladies section play in both the Women’s Southern Cricket League and the Surrey Trust Development League, both on Sundays. They also have a thriving youth section with colts teams from U10 right through until U17.

Their 1st XI play in Division Two of the Surrey Championship and the day before their tour begins the senior side travel to Purley for a league game.

We look forward to giving them a right royal Bradninch welcome.
